Booking Policies

To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review our booking policies before scheduling your appointment.

• A non-refundable $25 deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits will be applied toward your final service total.

• We accept Zelle and Cash payments.

• Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

• Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or appointment cancellation, depending on the schedule.

• If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment date if adequate notice is given.

• No-shows and same-day cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

• Hair should be clean, dry, and free of heavy oils or product buildup before your braiding appointment unless otherwise discussed.

• Please notify us in advance of any allergies, scalp sensitivities, or special requests.

• The remaining balance is due upon completion of your service.
